SCOPE
Research Methodologies: Conducted ethnographic studies and quantitative/qualitative research.
Outcome: Identified user needs, created problem statements, and developed personas.
SHAPE
Strategic Workshops: Leveraged Human-Centric Design Thinking with weekly design sprints.
Outcome: Developed Business Model Canvas and Business Case, defined app vision, created a two-year product roadmap and identified revenue streams.
SOLVE
Agile Methodologies: Created Tech & Product Squads and used Scrum Methodology. Used Agile super sprints for iterative development.
Outcome: Created prototypes, tested usability, and refined features at pace. Building out a set of epics, user stories, and backlog priorities.
SCALE
Launch and Scale: Executed phased launch strategy, starting in Yangon, before scaling to other regions.
Outcome: Increased users from 40,000 to 240,000 in four months and prepared board presentation with CEO and CFO - securing funding for future products.
