My Approach

Most consultants hand you a strategy and leave. I embed as an operator and own the outcome — because I've sat in the founder and COO seat, carried the P&L and shipped the product, not just advised on it.

Everything runs through four phases. The name S-QUAD is the method: Scope, Shape, Solve, Scale. Each one is a real gate, not a slogan — a question that has to be answered before the next begins.
